The apartment is air-conditioned and offers a flat-screen TV, a kettle for tea, a pod coffee machine, a wardrobe, a shoe rack, and a table with chairs.

From the small terrace, you can enjoy views of the tree-lined avenue of large linden trees that provide shade over the reserved parking spaces beneath the building.

Guests are not allowed to host anyone who is not registered.

To respect the property’s reputation and the neighbors, anyone using the apartment for commercial purposes will be immediately removed. In such cases, the full cost of the stay will still be charged, and no refund will be issued.
